Refund Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.

All packages purchases are non-refundable. However, any unused sessions or funds may be applied toward other services offered at Sculpt and Glow.

All gift cards purchases are final sale. Gift cards are non-refundable, non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Please treat your gift cards like cash, as lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
